Pastor Stephen Grant Novels Character Quote of the Day:
George Kraus: “Because, Pastor Grant, if you have the real thing in your marriage – and I have no doubts about you and Jen – then wherever your wife and family are will feel like home. You just referred to the place where you grew up with your parents as ‘our home,’ but I never recall you doing the same with the parsonage. I believe you will quickly feel at home in this house because that’s where Jen is, and she values it.”

Pastor Stephen Grant?
Stephen Grant is the pastor at St. Mary’s Lutheran Church on eastern Long Island. Grant is one of the more unique second-career clergy around, as he once worked for the CIA. Besides theology, his interests include archery, golf, writing, classic films, the beach, poker, baseball, and history. Grant also knows his wines, champagnes and brews. Oh yes, he generally dislikes politicians, and happens to be an expert marksman with a handgun and a rifle, while being pretty handy with a combat knife as well.
